What If the Movie Whiplash Featured Animal from The Muppets?

Whiplash is, hands down, one of the best movies I’ve seen in a long time. If J.K. Simmons doesn’t win Best Supporting Actor, Hollywood’s head is so far up its own ass that there’s no hope for them. And why was he nominated for in a supporting role? The movie is nothing without him.

Simmons plays a sadistic bastard of a music teacher. The character isn’t quite as evil as the person Simmons played in Oz, but it’s not far off. (For the record, Simmons says he’s not like this in person. Good.)

Meanwhile, the Internet has come to the rescue by creating an alternate universe where Simmons’ character is teaching Animal from The Muppets. Click on the image for a look.

One more thing: the rock community seems to be rooting for Whiplash to win big at the Oscars.
