Will Lollapalooza end up being a COVID superspreader event?

Give what you know about the rise of the Delta variant of COVID, would you have gone to Lollapalooza last weekend? I’ve been following the coverage of the festival and news from the event is…worrisome.

Yes, you needed proof of vaccination to get in. But for US$50, you apparently could get yourself a fake vaccination card. I’ve heard reports of these cards littering the ground in Grant Park. One reporter that was interviewed on SiriusXM’s Volume says that she saw maybe 20 people wearing masks over the four days.
