The Winner of BBC’s Sound of 2015 Is…

Every January, the BBC conducts a poll of music wonks to determine which new artist has the best chance of breaking out over the next twelve months.  In the past, winners have included 50 Cent, Keane, The Bravery, Adele, Ellie Goulding and Haim. They nailed it last year with Sam Smith, too, so this survey has a pretty good track record.

The winner for this year is Years & Years, an electronic trio from London.  They sound like this.
