Work on the Neil Peart Memorial St. Catharines, Ontario, has begun

Not long after Rush drummer Neil Peart died of glioblastoma (the same brain cancer that killed Gord Downie), there was an effort to create a memorial in his hometown of St. Catharines. The campaign to raise money for a monument in Lakeside Park has begun.

There was a soft launch to the fundraising campaign about a year ago (after the project was first conceived six years ago), but now things are at full throttle. If you want to participate, go here. (Via Sean)
