Would your band like to play a massive outdoor music festival this summer? Then read this.

The inaugural Roxodus Music Festival will take place at the Edenvale Airport northwest of Barrie from July 11 to 13. Booked so far are Kid Rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Nickelback, Peter Frampton, Big Wreck, Collective Soul, Billy Idol, Blondie, The Headstones, Alive Cooper, Cheap Trick and so many more.

But that’s just the main stage. Promoters have announced open artist submissions for up-and-coming bands to perform throughout the festival. That’s why they’ve teamed up with ReverbNation to solicit submissions for the gig.

If you’re a performer (solo, band or otherwise), you need to submit your stuff online by April 22. Successful applicants will get to play during the festival, which is expected to draw more than 40,000 people a day.

Good luck!
