Survey

Your “Okay Boomer” post for the week: Here’s a list of that generation’s least popular musicians.

I found this on a site called 24/7 Wall Street. They took a YouGov survey of the most popular pop artists the favourite music of the Baby Boomers and looked for the ones that consistently ranked near the bottom. Generally speaking, Boomers do not like these people.

  1. R Kelly: I get it. He’s a convicted pedophile. No wonder only 10% expressed a like for him.
  2. Jessica Simpson: Only 22% of Boomers in the survey liked her.
  3. Justin Bieber: 25% popularity
  4. Demi Levato: 27%
  5. Selena Gomez: I like her as an actress (Only Murders in the Building) and her cooking shows are fun, but as a singer, just 32% popularity.
  6. Nick Jonas: Also 32%
  7. Britney Spears: Too much for too long? 33%
  8. Adam Lambert: 33%. Probably can point to Queen fans for this low score.
  9. Miley Cyrus: 33%
  10. Billie Eilish: 35%
