Whenever I interview a young American band, they often ask about the multitude of grants, loans and bursaries that are available to Canadian artists. The reaction is nearly universal: “Damn, we’re moving to Canada!”

Chris McKee, an agent and music teacher, is posting a series of how-to videos for Canadian musicians. The first vlog explained the role of a tour manager. The second is about how to apply for a particular type of grant.
