YouTube is about to stop letting us skip ads

YouTube is a remarkable thing, a resource that lets us access billions of videos on cats and a few other things. It costs us nothing, too.

Well, not nothing. We are required to watch pre-roll ads, so we do pay with our time an attention. The good news has been that we had the option of skipping many of these commercials after watching for a few seconds.

That, however, is apparently coming to an end. Check out this video on the platform’s Creator Insider channel
