Zemfira, a Russian rock star, has released an anti-war music video

In what is a career-limited move (and perhaps a one-way ticket to a gulag), Zemfira, a major rock star in Russia, has released an anti-war music video. She deleted all of her videos from YouTube. In their place is one new clip of a 2017 song entitled “Don’t Shoot,” which features footage from the war in Ukraine.

  • Her videos are still up on youtube. I just watched a couple. I’ve been a fan believe it or not since 2001 or 02. Trust me I want this to be real, but I don’t know. It could be someone just added some music and footage to one of her videos. Again I’m not calling BS but I would be cautious at taking this at face value. No doubt you have better sources than I ever would.
