Canada’s National Music Centre Nearing Completion

The timing might not be the greatest–downtown Calgary is suffering mightily because the collapse in oil prices–but the good news is that the National Music Centre is on schedule to open later this year. The exhibitions are being installed at this morning. For example:

This is going to be one cool building when it opens. I’ve been on the advisory committee almost from the very beginning and I can confidently say that this place will rival (if not completely eclipse) the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Read more here.
