Eat Me: A Guy Who Wants to Make Salami Out of Kanye West.

You may have heard about efforts to grow edible meat in the lab. BiteLabs is part of this–except that the meat they plan to grow is make out of tissue samples taken from celebrities. And they’re apparently dead serious about this. Soylent green, anyone?

Actually, we’re talking sausage. Kanye West is on the purported menu in the form of “artisanal salami.” So is James Franco, Jennifer Lawrence and Ellen DeGeneres. Each has their own type of salami.

Me? I’m holding out for the delicious irony of Morrissey burgers. I wonder what that would taste like?
