Music is always changing and evolving. Meanwhile, people of the present are constantly re-evaluating the music of the past. Reader Chris forwarded this chart of the greatest singles of all time that was published by the long-defunct UK magazine, Sounds. In other words, this is how the musical past was ranked in 1985. How well has this aged?
