KISS played a concert for eight fans and a bunch of great white sharks (that didn’t show up)
Here’s what happened:
- Three members of KISS got on a boat in Australia (Paul Stanley didn’t make it; he was ill)
- They were joined by eight fans.
- They sailed off the coast of Port Lincoln in South Australia to a spot where great white sharks gather.
- They played a gig. In full makeup.
- The plan was to use the “low frequency sounds of rock’n’roll” to attract sharks so people in a nearby glass bottom boat could watch them.
- No sharks showed up.
International rock gods KISS have played their iconic tunes to an intimate audience on a venue of a very different kind. #9News pic.twitter.com/v3dMINsz9N
