Lady Gaga’s dog walker speaks from his hospital bed

Last Wednesday (February 24), Ryan Fischer was out walking three of Lady Gaga’s dogs when he was accosted and then shot four time in the chest. Two of the dogs were stolen. (The full story is covered here.)

Fischer survived the attack and is now recovering in hospital. (Gaga is paying his US$97,000 hospital bill. God bless America, right?)

Fischer is well enough to offer these reports and updates.

Doctors say that Fischer will make a full recovery. He’s also grateful to Asia, the dog that wasn’t stolen, who stuck around to console him as he lay bleeding on the sidewalk. That’s a good dog.

Meanwhile, the suspects are still at large.
