“Paul Stanley” of a KISS tribute band has his hair go up in flames. Naturally, there’s video.

If you’re going to be around pyro, it’s probably best to make sure that your hair products aren’t flammable.

Hairball, an arena-rock tribute band that includes KISS as part of their repertoire, was in the midst of a gig recently when something went awry. Singer and guitarist Bobby Jensen, dressed as Paul Stanley for this part of the show, had his hair catch on fire.

Not a wig. His actual hair. But as you can see from this video–there’s always video these days, isn’t there?–he kept going. His skull may have been about to melt entirely but he kept singing and playing. The show must go on, right?

And you gotta love how his bandmate just kinda went “Meh” as he walked past.
