Radiohead is Going to Host a Record Release Event at Your Local Indie Record Store
Come this Friday (June 17), Radiohead fans will be able to purchase a physical version (CD and vinyl) of their new album, A Moon Shaped Pool. To commemorate the occasion, they’re going to hold an event at your local indie record store–and everyone else’s, too.
Calling it “a unique Radiohead event,” it will consist of an “exclusive day-long audio streaming from the band, competitions, instructional artworks and more.”
Dozens of stores around the world are involved, from South Korea and China and from to South Africa to Peru. Naturally, North American is well represented in what they’re called “Live from a Moon-Shaped Pool.”
