Radiohead responds to the recommendations of the coroner’s jury in the 2012 stage collapse inquest

After more than two weeks of testimony, a coroner’s inquest jury handed down a list of 26 recommendations to make sure a tragedy like the 2012 Radiohead stage collapse at Toronto’s Downsview Park never happens again. (The story here.)

Radiohead has responded, once again remembering crew member Scott Johnson who was killed in the accident.
