Singer of Canadian Iron Maiden Tribute Band Powerclown Busted on Charges of Smuggling 10 Kilos of Drugs into Japan

Ten kilos? Seriously, dude?

These are the charges against Daniel Whitmore, the clown makeup-wearing Canadian singer of an Iron Maiden tribute band called Powerclown, was caught at Narita airport outside of Tokyo with TEN kilos of “stimulant drugs” (?) into Japan. They were allegedly found in a guitar case and some tea canisters. Total value? About $7 million.

Whitmore, who sometimes uses the performing aliases of Dicksee Dianno and Dan Scum, hasn’t said much since the bust.
