Someone Has Finally Started Work on a Collection of Punk Versions of Songs from The Simpsons

Dan Cribb, a singer-songwriter from Perth, Australia, has a serious Simpsons obsession. He’d been thinking about paying tribute to the show’s music by covering a bunch of songs punk-style for an album. It’s called Worst Tribute Ever, of course.

The world is rejoicing at the prospect of hearing punked-up renditions of “We Do (The Stonecutters Song),” “Baby on Board,” “New Orleans,” “Who Needs the Kwik-E-Mart,” and, of course, “Monorail.” The first song to roll out is “Flamin’ Moe’s.”

More tracks will be added to Dan’s Bandcamp page as they become available. Learn more here.
