There are a ton of books written about the early days of music on the internet, but precious few that document the Canadian experience. Cam Gordon has done just that with Track Changes: The Origin Story of Canadian Music on the Internet (1990-2010). If you remember the internet before enshittification, you will experience plenty of pleasant feels with this book.
