This Week’s Top 11 Playlist – 31 August 2012

I have some good news and some bad news.

First, the good news:  When you think about it, we only go full-tilt three months of the year.  The bad news?  Those three months start Tuesday.

September, October and November are insanely busy for everyone with the only respite coming with the Thanksgiving long weekend.  But then it’s December with Christmas and time off.  January, February and March are busy but punctuated by a February long weekend, reading week, spring break and maybe a mid-winter getaway.

By the time we get to April, there’s Good Friday (March 31 in 2013) followed by that we’re-tired-of-winter-so-we’re-going-to-slow-down feeling.  Then suddenly, it’s the May long weekend and we’re back to the laid-back summer months.

But like I said, the crazy months begin Tuesday.  Enjoy this long weekend as much as you can.  And take some tunes with you, too.  Mediazoic is streaming this week’s Top 11 playlist.  A full accounting is available after the jump.
