Time for the Annual Polaris Music Prize “Golden Ticket” Surprise

We’re less than three weeks away from the big Polaris Music Prize Gala, which means it’s once again time to roll out the Golden Ticket opportunity.  From the free release:

Starting September 14th, the limited vinyl will be given out for free with the purchase of a short listed album from the participating retailers below.  A total of 500 have been pressed for both Canada and the UK.  There will also be a draw at each Canadian retail location on September 14th with the winner receiving a prize pack of all this year’s 7” vinyl.

It was also announced that 5 Golden Tickets will be included in random 7” packages in Ontario. Golden Tickets are good for two entries to the Polaris Music Prize Gala, September 23rd at The Carlu in Toronto. To redeem the ticket, email [email protected] with your ticket number and name. This ticket does not include travel to the Gala or lodging.  It must be presented at the door with photo ID to match the claimant. Winners must be over 19 years of age.
