Why is Josh Homme rollerskating through the desert?

Josh Homme’s Desert Sessions jams date back to the late 90s to the gap between Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age. The latest round of collaborations (volumes 11 and 12) features Les Claypool from Primus, Royal Blood’s Mike Kerr, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top and Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters. Among the offerings is a track entitled “Easier Said Than Done.” The accompanying video is a little weird. Behold.

There’s more, too. You can go to eBay to browse The Bizarre Bazaar for some Desert Sessions-inspired artwork. Including a quilt.
