68-year-old grandma auditions for Britain’s Got Talent singing AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell”

Let’s put that headline into proper perspective.

When AC/DC released Highway to Hell in 1980, Jenny Darren was a 30-year-old rock fan. Now that she’s 68, she still loves that record. In fact, she thought, it’s the best source for material for her Britain’s Got Talent audition.

Hey, if Brian Johnson can sing it at age 70, why can’t Jenny do it at 68? Make sure you stick around the crazy reveal.

By the way, Jenny is a professional singer. She grew up with Robert Plant. Her band Stoney End opened for AC/DC in 1977. Jenny was the first to record the song “Heartbreaker,” which eventually became a hit for Pat Benatar. And she’s still going with her band Jenny Darren and the Ladykillers.
