A lost Queen song featuring Freddie Mercury on vocals has been found

Sometime in 1988 when Queen was recording The Miracle album, the group laid down a track called “Face It Alone.” It didn’t make the record and was somehow misplaced–until now.

The song was found when the band’s people started sifting through material for an upcoming reissue of the album. It’s the first new song featuring Freddie since the Queen Forever album (2014) which featured three previously unreleased tracks.

Queen: The Miracle Collector’s Edition, an 8-disc box set (also featuring vinyl) will be out November 18. It can be pre-ordered here.
