This is the Album Lorde Made Before She Was Lorde

Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor–we know her as Lorde–may only be 17, but she’s been singing for a big chunk of her life.  She was discovered at age 13, groomed for a few years and eventually broke through with Pure Heroine.

But there were some recordings before that big album.  The Huffington Post found this by her former band, And They Were Masked, which doesn’t seem to be listed on her Wikipedia page on on this discography.  Give it a listen.
