Behold the Menu for the U2 Christmas Feast

Gary Stevenson is both a self-trained chef and a university chaplain at Simon Fraser in Vancouver. He’s also the creator of Theo’s Feasts, which he describes as “sharing the story of humanity through edible metaphors” inspired by the way Jesus used mealtime to teach. There’s a video that explains what he’s doing.

Gary is also a lifelong U2 fan and has always been impressed by the band’s messages of faith, hope, justice, redemption and salvation. This led him to create a six-course U2-themed meal that was laden with all sorts of metaphors. The dinner was held back on December 3 and included the following.
