DOA’s Joey Keithley, he hardcore legend turned politician, is the subject of a documentary.

Joey Keithley (Joey Shithead to fans) is the leader of the legendary Canadian hardcore band, DOA. In fact, the word “hardcore” came form a DOA song.

Joey has always fought for the little guy, first as a punk rocker and then as someone determined to change the system from within. He’s been serving as a member of Burnaby City Council since 2022.

There’s an election coming up this October and a documentary follows Joey on his political journey. Here’s the trailer for Something Better Change. It’s now available on through on-demand streaming services.Via Taron)
