Who Was the First Person to Include Gratuitous Skin in a Music Video?

Sonny King, apparently.  He was part of the Rat Pack, the group of drunken womanizers that included Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Junior among its members.

According to Diffuser, King was the first to make a Scopitone film–an early stab at what would eventually evolve into the modern music video–stacked with mostly naked women.  You know, for effect.
