Iron Maiden guitarist lost his grip during a gig and–well, you’ll see.

Iron Maiden guitarist Janick Gers was in full gig mode in San Antonio, Texas, when things got a little sweaty. In the midst of a windmill twirl, he lost the grip on his guitar which then launched into the crowd.

No one was hurt but a security guard did get a bump on the head. That’s rock’n’roll, innit?

That had to happen sooner or later. At the Edmonton show, Jannick spent more time playing WITH his guitar than he did actually playing it.
