Kim Jung-Un for the Win!

Now that Sony has caved and canceled the release of The Interview over the hack perpetrated by North Korea (probably costing the studio $100 million or maybe $200 million), Kim Jung-un can rightly say that his state stood up to the US and won.

Okay, it’s not exactly the Cuban missile crisis, but the DPRK will take whatever propaganda victory they can get. US politicians are already saying that the US has lost its first cyberwar. And if you ask a lot of people, this whole thing is “beyond the realm of stupid.”

And it’s not just Sony getting antsy over The Interview. Theatres are also canceling protest screenings of Team America because of its, erm, unflattering portrayal of Kim Jung-il.

I mean, who can forget this timeless musical number?

Meanwhile, Madonna says that the leak material from her new album “is a form of terrorism.” Sure it is, Maddy…
