Magical History Tour: The Story of the Beatles Told in Infographics

The Guardian reports on the efforts of a couple of diehard Beatles fanatics–graphic designers in real life–who created a series of infographics on the band. The whole gallery can be found here. This is one of my favourites.

  • They can’t be that die-hard as they neglected to acknowledge the fact that Macca played drums on “The Ballad of John and Yoko”. And although we haven’t heard it, Carnival of Light is said to include tape loops and is mostly a Paul composition.

  • Come to think of it, Paul played drums on USSR too, and John and George both laid down numerous bass parts.
