Meta tries to pre-empt Apple’s announcement of its new AR/VR headset with one of their own

If the rumours are true, Apple will have plenty of new hardware to announce at next week’s WWDC. Along with new Macs, new chips, and new software, we should finally see the AR/VR headset they’ve been working on for so long. Yeah, it’ll be expensive–several thousand dollars, allegedly–but it’s touted to be better than any other such headset on the market.

Meta/Facebook wanted to get some news out before next week. They announced the Meta Quest 3 headset. Coming this fall, it’ll retail for US$499.99. Take a look.
