More nepo baby fun with Jack White’s bass-playing daughter

Have you been following the “nepo babies” debate? The premise is that the sons and daughters (and sometimes other relations) of famous artists have an unfair advantage when comes to establishing a career thanks to their parents’ connections.

Listen, can you blame a parent for wanting a kid to follow in their footsteps? Jack White seems to be encouraging his 16-year-old daughter Scarlett (a product of his marriage to model Karen Elsen) to play bass. In fact, she appeared with dad to play “The Hardest Button to Button” at the Third Man Records store in Nashville.
