I’m technically on vacation this week, but the music news never stops, does it? Here’s what’s going on for July 15, 2019.

  1. Ever wonder what dead rock starts might look like if they were still alive today? Go here.
  2. Ace Frehley and Peter Criss have been invited to participate as guests on the final KISS tour.
  3. Another “Old Town Road” remix? Yes. Mariah Carey wants a piece of the action.

  5. Anyone wanna buy the Jon Bon Jovi house?
  6. Meanwhile, this Bob Dylan house was bought by a superfan.
  7. George Michael’s last lover found out he wasn’t getting anything from the will. He did not take the news well.
  8. John Lennon? Is this yours?
  9. She’s dancing because she doesn’t have to be the British PM anymore.
  10. Lil Wayne says he has not left the blink-182 tour despite walking off stage mid-set.
  11. Another festival gets canceled.
  12. And a Jennifer Lopez concert at Madison Square Garden was evacuated due to a power failure.
  13. A few years ago, Cyndi Lauper had an unfortunate incident with a seagull when she was singing. Now she had an encounter with a bee.
