The Ongoing History of New music encore presentation: The OH Book of Firsts
There are plenty of famous “firsts” that everyone knows. The first man on the moon. The first person to the top of Mount Everest. The first person to run a four-minute mile. That kind of thing.
But outside of the usual (“What was the first video played on MTV” and other common rot like that), what other musical firsts can you name? How about the first song ripped and posted to an illegal file-sharing site? The first guy to bust out a guitar solo on record? The first song to fade out?
I started by compiling a long list of questions like that and then set out to find some answers. This show is the result of that research.
