Watch the trailer for the upcoming Queen concert film shot in Budapest

The world can’t get enough Freddie Mercury and Queen. With the 40th anniversary of the first stadium rock show by a Western band behind the Iron Curtain coming up–not to mention the final filmed Queen performance–there is a big 4K reissue coming.

Queen Budapest chronicles the gig at Budapest’s Népstadion during the band’s ‘The Magic Tour’ on July 27, 1986, just five shows before their last-ever gig with Freddie. About 80,000 people were inside the stadium. Another 45,000 were outside listening and singing along.

Peter Jackson, the Lord of the Rings director who worked his technological sorcery with The Beatles’ Get Back, was in charge of bringing the audio and video up to 21st-century standards.

Queen Budapest will be released in theatres October 7 (including IMAX) and then appear for purchase on vinyl, CD, DVD, and Blu-ray as of October 30.
