A Tiny Look at the Kurt Cobain Documentary, Montage of Heck

Courtney texted me the other night after she and Frances attended an LA screening of Montage of Heck, the new Kurt Cobain documentary. “It’s a game-changer,” she said. Now it’s off to Sundance for a proper and official reveal.

The film features a lot of animation to fill in the bits where no film or video was available. That explains this image. Courtney tells me that all the animation is amazing.

In case you weren’t aware, the title of the film comes from a mixtape Kurt made for himself.
