While Sesame Street still looks for Bruce Springsteen to appear on the show, Dave Grohl stepped in

The surprise is not that Dave Grohl made an appearance on Sesame Street, it’s that it’s taken him this long to do it.

Sesame Street will begin its 50th season this Saturday (November 16)–how many other shows have been on this long? Maybe Meet the Press?–so producers want to celebrate that with some special guests.

Dave used his appearance to underscore the idea that we should make friends everywhere. From there–well, just watch.

Now if the producers could only land Bruce Springsteen
