Baltimore Brewery Told to Stop Selling Ozzy Bat Beer

The Brewer’s Art, a craft brewery out of Baltimore, had high hopes for their new Ozzy beer.  With its OZZY fist tattoo as its label (along with some bats, a few of which appear to have their heads bitten off), the beer was sure to be a hot seller, regardless of taste.

But then came the cease-and-desist order from Ozzy’s legal team.  Trademark and license-and-image issues, you see.  No one thought to ask permission from the Oz-man.  As a result, the beer has been pulled from the shelves. All existing stock will sit in their cans getting skunky for all eternity.
