Dave Grohl has some ‘splainin’ to do about his new out-out-wedlock daughter
Dave Grohl has a well-earned rep as the Nicest Man in Rock, someone who operates with integrity and honesty. He’s a family man–something he’s talked about at length–and has three daughters, one of whom, Violet, tours with the Foos as a singer. He’s been married to model and TV producer Jordyn Bloom for 21 years. His house has an actual white picket fence, fer crissakes.
But then this appeared on Instagram today (September 10).
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”

Look, this is a personal matter and frankly, it’s none of our business. In the world of rock, this is absolutely nothing unique. Best Dave get out in front of the story and avoid as much gossipy unpleasantness.
