The Rockin’ 1000 once again pay tribute to Taylor Hawkins

The people who make up The Rockin’ 1000 (or at least the organizers of this project) have had a long love affair with the Foo Fighters. Their latest performance featured over one thousand musicians from 25 different countries at Stade de France in Paris to perform this tribute to drummer Taylor Hawkins.

This was just part of a 21-song set that included covers by Rage Against the Machine, The White Stripes, Guns N’ Roses, Pink Floyd, and The Who. More than 50,000 people were in the stands.
