What do Elon Musk and Twitter have against The Kinks?

The Kinks were one of the great English bands to emerge out of the 60s. Thanks to songs like “You Really Got Me,” “All the Day and All of the Night,” “Lola,” “Come Dancing” and so many more, they were voted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990.

So why do Dave Davies’ tweets get labeled like this?

Elon and Twitter seem to equate “The Kinks” with “kinky” (not that “kinky” is so bad. What if I’m talking about a tangled garden hose with all kinds of kinks in it?)

This is what happens when you fire most of your staff, Elon. You end up with a VERY dumb set of algorithms.
