In the latest 60s and early 70s, Vancouver’s East Side was ruled by the Clark Park Gang. They loved to stir things up, including inciting a riot outside a Rolling Stones concert in 1972. Police had their hands full with them. Here’s the story via Aaron Chapman and The Last Gang in Town.
