WTF?

This is the DUMBEST piece of merch I’ve ever seen. It’s not even close.

There are too many stupid people on this planet with too much damn money. (I’m looking at you, you inbred, overbred Silicon Valley tech bro poodles). You know the kind I mean. They buy expensive sh*t just because they can. And they will buy this.

Balenciaga, one of those high-end fashion brands that sells gear for thousands that probably costs a couple of dozen dollars to make, has just released this. It’s a fake, faux-distressed festival wristband that’s not from any festival or concert anywhere. They call it the “Raver Wristband.”

The price? Just £3,000. You read that right. And it goes up from there. Want the one with metallic thread? Just £3,800. And each one is also made of a big chunk of polyester.

“These embroidery styles, used individually or in combination, create a wide range of textures and effects, making each piece unique and intricate….This manufacturing process requires a full day’s work for each piece.”

I…I give up.

  • We used to make those in grade & high school because we were bored and crafty.
We must’ve been ahead of our time.
