UPDATE: South Korean Official Commits Suicide Following Concert Tragedy

South Korea is still reeling from an accident at a concert by girl group 4Minute in which sixteen people were killed when a ventilation grate collapsed during an outdoor show.

Now there’s been a seventeenth death. The official in charge of safety precautions was found dead in his apartment after being questioned by police over the incident. He jumped from his tenth-floor apartment, leaving a note that read I am sorry for the dead victims. Please take good care of my children.”
