Ongoing History Daily: Satanic message interpreter

Got an old turntable that’s gathering dust?  Interested in whether there really are satanic messages on some of those old metal albums that can only be heard if they’re played backwards?  Here’s a way to find out.

It’s called the Record Reverser.  If you have a professional-grade turntable–like the family of Technics SL-1200 turntables–the Record Reverser allows you to flip the stylus, attach a record to the top, and then play the record from the inside out, back to front.

If you have the time and the inclination to do this–and I can’t imagine why–check out this website and fill yer boots at www.recordreverser.com.

if you missed yesterday’s post, it contained some Red Hot Chili Pepper facts.
